These entities will verify the contracting and request disbursement from the trustor, who will issue the corresponding disbursement order. The trustee will send the disbursement amount to the credit institution for the respective amortization. In the case of production insurance, the beneficiaries will contract the policies with an authorized institution, and the insurer will send the documentation to the trustor, who will also issue the corresponding disbursement order. The trustee will send the disbursement amount to the insurer as recognition of the investments in production insurance policies.
