Description
The Sustainable Forest + Plan is an initiative of the Brazilian Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock that aims to support forest development through reforestation and forest recomposition actions. Its objectives are to organize activities to achieve national goals related to planted forest development and promote sustainable use of forests. The plan encourages forest production chains and forest-based economy throughout the national territory. Additionally, it seeks to integrate actions with other national plans and policies related to adaptation and low carbon emissions in agriculture.
