Descripción (Español): La Política Nacional de Recuperación de la Vegetación Nativa (Proveg) es una iniciativa del gobierno brasileño establecida por decreto en 2017. Su objetivo principal es articular, integrar y promover políticas y programas para la recuperación de bosques y otras formas de vegetación nativa en Brasil. La política busca impulsar la regularización ambiental de las propiedades rurales brasileñas, con la meta de recuperar al menos doce millones de hectáreas hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2030. Proveg se implementará en cooperación con estados, municipios y organizaciones de la sociedad civil y privadas, y se integra con otras políticas y programas ambientales y agrícolas existentes. Its main objective is to articulate, integrate and promote policies and programs for the recovery of forests and other forms of native vegetation in Brazil. The policy seeks to promote the environmental regularization of Brazilian rural properties, with the goal of recovering at least twelve million hectares by December 31, 2030. Proveg will be implemented in cooperation with states, municipalities and civil society and private organizations, and is integrated with other existing environmental and agricultural policies and programs.
