Description

This law promotes and encourages actions that foster forest recovery and the implementation of agroforestry systems in expropriated rural areas and degraded lands. It focuses on settled family farmers, quilombolas, and indigenous communities, aiming to provide economic alternatives, food security, and energy security. The law proposes the use of various national funds to finance these actions, including funds related to climate change, the Amazon, the environment, and forest development.
