Description

The decree establishes as the period of validity of any Forest Management Plan the Rotation or biological shift equivalent to 40 years or the economic rotation in accordance with the silvicultural prescriptions according to the interest of the owner. In addition, it establishes the obligation to present every 5 years for plans in small or medium-sized areas, a report on the activities carried out, which must include programs in forest protection, silviculture, exploitation, reforestation, road network, environmental impact assessment, as well as an inventory. of vegetation cover of the intervened and non-intervened areas to show the development of the forest. In large areas the report will be presented every 10 years.
