Description

Law that protects biodiversity in Ecuador, which consists of 2 articles, establishes that living organisms from any source, terrestrial and marine ecosystems, aquatic ecosystems and the ecological complexes of which they are part will be considered national assets for public use. and the State has the sovereign right to exploit its resources in application of its own environmental policy.
