According to the General Guidelines of the 2030 Sustainable Development Strategy, the sphere of care is directly related to the interdependence of people with each other and also with their environment. It is a dependency derived from our condition as vulnerable beings "who require care and material needs to be covered throughout the life cycle (housing, healthy food, access to energy, health, education, etc.), who depend on a place and an ecosystem with resources where they can live healthily. This interconnected nature of our social, political and economic existence is especially evident at the most critical moments.
