This resolution approves the Technical Standards and Operating Procedures of the Economic Associativity Program (PAE), its objective is to develop and strengthen the associative businesses of peasant companies and pre-associative groups through non-refundable economic incentives. The PAE focuses on supporting Peasant Family Agriculture (AFC) and promoting economic associativity to improve the productivity, competitiveness and access to markets of small producers. The program includes components and actions such as business development, which covers business management with support in strategic planning, financial, commercial and process management, and innovation, as well as specialized technical advice to improve the production, transformation and marketing of products. It also focuses on organizational development, which consists of strengthening collective work and associative administration, developing capabilities and competencies in the members of the organizations, and providing legal and tax support for the formalization and management of associative companies. The PAE work methodology includes an initial diagnosis and planning to evaluate the current situation and develop operational and strategic plans adapted to the needs of companies and groups. This process is materialized through the development of a business plan and an annual work plan.
