Normative Instruction 134/2023 regulates the procedures and criteria for granting and maintaining scholarships to professionals from public education networks and student beneficiaries of the National Program for Education in Agrarian Reform (Pronera) within the scope of the National Institute of Colonization and Agrarian Reform (Incra) in Brazil.
