Description
Law No. 12,695 of Brazil provides for the technical or financial support of the Union within the scope of the Articulated Actions Plan to improve the quality of public basic education. It authorizes the transfer of resources to states and municipalities, includes community institutions of rural education in FUNDEB, and authorizes the Executive Branch to grant scholarships to teachers and students of PRONERA.
