Normative Instruction No. 138 establishes the operational and administrative procedures for the granting, application, monitoring and accountability of the productive modalities Initial Support, Development, Women's Development, Young Development and Semi-Arid of the Installation Credit. It details the steps to be followed by INCRA's Regional Superintendencies to ensure the proper processing of processes related to these credit modalities.
