Description

Decree No. 11,586 regulates the granting of installation credits to beneficiaries of the National Agrarian Reform Program (PNRA) and establishes the settlement and renegotiation of debts related to installation credits granted between October 10, 1985 and December 27, 2013. These credits are granted to PNRA beneficiary family units residing in settlement projects created or recognized by the National Institute of Colonization and Agrarian Reform (Incra). The decree establishes ten credit modalities: Initial Support, Fomento, Fomento Joven, Fomento Mujer, Semi-Arid, Forestry, Environmental Recovery, Cocoa, Housing and Housing Reform. To access these credits, family units must meet specific requirements, such as being registered in the Unified Registry for Social Programs (CadÚnico), not having debts with the National System for Granting Installation Credits (SNCCI) and presenting technical projects for certain modalities.
