Law No. 5361 Reform of the organic charter of agricultural authorization credit

The purpose of the Agricultural Habilitation Credit is to provide financial services, preferably to the subjects of agrarian reform, to micro and small entrepreneurs who carry out economic activities, to associations, cooperatives and other forms of organization that bring them together. The authorized capital of the Agricultural Habilitation Credit is set at G. 228,904,377,033 (Guaranies two hundred twenty-eight thousand nine hundred four million three hundred seventy-seven thousand thirty-three), and will be updated annually at the close of each Financial Year.
