Decree 3000 of 27/01/2015 which establishes the Public Procurement Policies for Family Farming.

Decree 3000 enables direct and indirect purchases between the State and family farming food production. It establishes the complementary contracting modality called simplified process for the acquisition of agricultural products from family farming and sets criteria for the implementation and selection applied for these acquisitions.
