Description

Law that establishes the Development Plan for Lagging Territories. The term Lagging Territories defines those that present a situation of backwardness and significant gaps in their level of development and well-being compared to the average of the rest of the country. It is a Plan that seeks the harmonious and equitable territorial development of Chile, since it focuses specific actions on communes whose level of development and well-being is lower than the existing one.
