Supreme Decree No. 2851 – Comprehensive Strengthening Program for the Camelid Complex in the Altiplano (PRO-CAMÉLIDOS)

Supreme Decree implementing the Comprehensive Strengthening Program for the Camelid Complex in the Altiplano (PRO-CAMÉLIDOS), implemented and executed by a Program Implementation Unit under the Ministry of Rural Development and Land. The Program benefits all actors of the camelid productive complex and comprises four components: primary production base and natural resource management; transformation and commercialization; access to financial services; and program management. Its implementation seeks to improve the living conditions of families linked to the camelid productive complex and increase the productivity of their productive economic organizations through sustainable management of natural resources. The Ministry of Rural Development and Land is responsible for supervising, monitoring and evaluating the Program, which is financed through Financing Agreement No. 2000000784 between Bolivia and the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD).
