Supreme Decree 2851 Implements the Comprehensive Strengthening Program of the Camelid Complex in the Altiplano (PRO-CAMELIDOS).

Supreme Decree No. 2851 has as its main objective the implementation of the Comprehensive Strengthening Program of the Camelid Complex in the Altiplano (PRO-CAMELIDOS). This program seeks to improve the living conditions of families linked to the camelid production complex and increase the productivity of their productive economic organizations through sustainable management of natural resources. The decree establishes that the Ministry of Rural Development and Lands, through the Program Execution Unit, will be responsible for the implementation and execution of the program. The beneficiaries will include all the actors in the camelid production complex. The program is made up of four main components: primary productive base and management of natural resources, transformation and commercialization, access to financial services and program management.
