Supreme Decree No. 3204 – National Integral Development Fund (FONADIN)

Supreme Decree establishing the legal nature, purposes and functions of the National Integral Development Fund (FONADIN), a decentralized public institution under the Ministry of Rural Development and Land. FONADIN promotes sustainable integral development in its intervention areas through productive development, strengthened education, health and basic sanitation systems, territorial articulation, a gender and generational approach, climate resilience and food security. Its functions include implementing and financing plans, programs and projects; coordinating public and private institutions; strengthening social and productive organizations; managing agreements; providing technical assistance; monitoring and evaluating interventions; operating information systems; supporting product transformation; and carrying out public-private transfers for the implementation of programs, projects and activities.
