Supreme Decree No. 1939 – Components of the National Fruit, Vegetable Production, Small Ruminant and Fisheries Programs

Supreme Decree regulating Law No. 448 with respect to the components of the National Fruit Program, National Vegetable Production Program, National Small Ruminant Program and National Fisheries Program. It establishes components covering production strengthening, post-harvest and commercialization, organizational strengthening and community business administration, productive infrastructure, research and technological innovation, training and technical assistance, genetic improvement, native pasture management, infrastructure and equipment, production of genetic material and feed, and financial services. The Decentralized Public Institution Soberanía Alimentaria implements the fruit, vegetable and small ruminant programs, while PACU implements the National Fisheries Program.
