National Plan for Comprehensive Technical and Technological Assistance and Promotion of Research (Plan AT)

National plan adopted through Resolution 00132 of 2022 to strengthen the productive capacities of rural producers, agricultural workers and the peasant, family and community economy through the provision of the public agricultural extension service and other mechanisms that promote technological innovation. The Plan integrates agricultural extension, research and innovation, extension worker training, differentiated access to extension services, monitoring and evaluation, protection and use of native seeds, and coordination with the National Agricultural Innovation System (SNIA). Its implementation is mainly carried out by the Rural Development Agency (ADR) and AGROSAVIA, under the monitoring of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
