Resolution 12 of 2015 – Amendment to FINAGRO's Special Agricultural and Rural Microcredit Line

Resolution of the National Agricultural Credit Commission amending the regulations governing FINAGRO's Special Microcredit Line by authorizing a rediscount facility for agricultural and rural microcredits aimed at financing working capital and other financial needs of small producers and rural microentrepreneurs. It allows voluntary microinsurance premiums associated with the microcredit to be included among eligible financing costs and establishes limits for FINAGRO rediscount operations.
