Resolution No. 8 - Creates a Special Credit Program to promote competitiveness through the agricultural portfolio

Description

The Resolution establishes a Special Credit Program to promote competitiveness through the financing of investments in the agricultural sector. This program is designed to modernize and improve the productivity of the sector, promoting competitiveness, innovation, value addition and environmental sustainability. Fundable activities include the planting and maintenance of perennial crops, infrastructure for agricultural production, acquisition of machinery and equipment, land adaptation, and infrastructure for primary transformation and marketing. The credits can finance up to 100% of the direct costs of the investment, with financial conditions and terms agreed between the financial intermediary and the client. The maximum interest rate is the annual effective DTF plus a margin of 6 percentage points for small producers and 10 points for medium and large producers, with flexibility in cases of financing terms of 10 years or more.
