Resolution 1167 of 2010 – Requirements for the Registration and Control of Dealers of Agricultural Inputs and Seeds for Planting

Resolution of the Colombian Agricultural Institute (ICA) establishing requirements for the registration and control of natural and legal persons engaged in the commercialization of agricultural inputs and seeds for planting through commercial establishments. It regulates establishment registration, obligations and prohibitions, conditions for the sale and storage of products, and ICA inspection, surveillance and control activities, with the purpose of monitoring the quality and legality of agricultural inputs and seeds placed on the market. It was amended by Resolution 2888 of 2011 and subsequently repealed by ICA Resolution 90832 of 2021.
