Description

Establishes a regulatory framework that includes principles of sustainability, prevention, progressivity, responsibility, subsidiarity and cooperation. A National Soil and Fertilizer System is created, which integrates several actors and entities, including specialized laboratories to support analysis and certification in soil management. In addition, a National Soil Conservation and Improvement Program is defined to direct efforts and resources towards the continuous improvement of soil quality. Additionally, it establishes regulations to avoid and control pollution, defines the structure for a central fertilizer registry and establishes guidelines for changes in land use, ensuring compensation for the impacts of such changes.
