Resolution CGEN No. 43, of March 13, 2024 that Creates the Thematic Chamber for the Stimulation of the Sustainable Use of Genetic Heritage and Associated Traditional Knowledge - TC - Sustainable Use.

This chamber aims to act as a forum for interlocution, articulation and debate, in order to identify opportunities related to the sustainable use of genetic heritage and associated traditional knowledge, including funding at national and international level, which may favor, strengthen and increase these sustainable uses, with a view to achieving the objectives of the Law.
