Law No. 5361 reforming the Organic Charter of the Agricultural Enabling Credit.

This Law governs the Agricultural Enabling Credit, an autarkic entity with its own legal status, assets, accounting and administration. The Law contains the following Chapters: I. Legal regime, purpose and domicile; II. Management and administration of the agricultural credit for enabling; III. The powers of the Board of Directors; IV. Capital and assets of the agricultural allotment loan; V. Control and audit of the agricultural allotment credit; VI. Special regime, final and transitory provisions.
