Agreement between the General Secretariat of the Andean Community and the Standards and Trade Development Facility (STDF) to implement the Andean Community Regional Phytosanitary Intelligence Center (CRIFCAN), a regional platform for generating and analyzing epidemiological information, strengthening phytosanitary surveillance and supporting early decision-making in Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador and Peru.
