Agreement No. 46-2016 Regulations for cocoa propagation production, certification of nurseries and clonal gardens.

The purpose of this Regulation is to establish standards, procedures, phytosanitary and quality specifications to be met for the production, distribution and marketing of cocoa propagation materials. This regulation is applicable: Throughout the national territory to all natural and legal, public or private persons who carry out activities of production, distribution and marketing of sexual and asexual propagation material of cocoa and certified under the following traceability system.
