CONPES 4075: Energy transition policy Colombia

The policy proposes a set of intersectoral strategies and actions aimed at increasing energy efficiency, promoting innovation and knowledge in the energy transition, generating competitiveness and economic development through the energy sector, and developing an energy system with low GHG emissions. These actions are designed to close gaps in the strengthening and planning of energy markets, increase the gas and crude oil reserves necessary for energy security, and improve hydrocarbon infrastructure for safe and reliable supply. In addition, it seeks to advance the coverage of the electric energy service, implement digitalization and information management measures in the sector, and promote technological advancement in different modes of transportation.
