Organic Law for the Provision of Drinking Water and Sanitation Services (HE) (Venezuela)

Article 1. The purpose of this Law is to regulate the provision of the. Public Drinking Water Services and CIT: Sancamicnto, to establish the system of supervision, control and evaluation of such services and to promote their development, for the general benefit of citizens, public health, the preservation of water resources and the protection of the environment, in accordance with the sanitary and environmental policy dictated in this area by the National Executive Branch and with the economic and social development plans of the nation.
