It also seeks to address the illegal export of Russian cereals produced in Ukrainian territories, ensuring that this illicit method is no longer profitable and preventing the revenue from these exports from financing Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine, thereby cutting off a key source of income for the Russian economy and its war machinery.
