Human Talent Training and Development Program

The program seeks to establish a permanent and continuous process of professional improvement and updating that will enable the institution to have human talent with the highest capacity for scientific, managerial, conceptual and cultural response to the solution of the main problems of agricultural production in the country, as well as in the field of research and innovation management. This sub-program is part of the Agricultural Institutional Innovation Program (PIIA).
