Agricultural Institutional Innovation Program (PIIA)

The objective of the "Institutional Innovation" program is to strengthen IDIAP's organizational, operational and functional structure to improve research and technological innovation capabilities in the field of agricultural production, placing the institution among the most important research institutions in Latin America, through a process of collective construction. This program includes the following subprograms: Strengthening of Institutional Infrastructure, Research and Innovation Management, and Training and Development of Human Talent.
