Description
The purpose of the Special Law on Drinking Water and Sanitation Committees is to establish the provisions for the organization, constitution, legalization and operation of the Drinking Water and Sanitation Committees existing in the country and those that are organized in accordance with this law. The Drinking Water and Sanitation Committees will be identified in the course of this Law by their acronym "CAPS"
