The PEN has set itself five Goal Goals that are the basis of the countrys development today: Good life for all; Growing more and better, Environmental sustainability; Democracy, institutionality and governance; Strategic alliances for development. From each of these Goal Objectives strategies, objectives and emphases are derived.
