Regulatory and Institutional Framework Drinking Water Sanitary Sewer (Panama)

The purpose of this Law is to establish the regulatory framework to which the activities related to the provision of public drinking water supply and sanitary sewage services, considered public utility services, will be subject. The provisions of this Law are intended to promote the provision of these public services to the entire population of the country uninterruptedly, under conditions of quality and economic prices, sustainably using natural resources and protecting the environment.
