National Water Comission (EN)(Jamaica)

There is hereby established a body to be called the National Water Comission which shall be the body corporate with perpetual successions and a common seal and with power to adquire, hold and dispose of property, to enter into contracts, to sue or to be sued in its said name and to do all things necessary for the purposes of this act.
