Description

The purpose of this regulation is to establish the general principles to be taken into account for the regulation of the use of genetically modified organisms, in order to ensure human health, agricultural production and the environment, facilitate the development of research and the use of biotechnology at national and international level, and expedite the trade of agricultural products originating from biotechnology.
