Approving the "Prior Consultation Form 3 for products obtained through new breeding techniques (NBTs). This resolution will allow producers to facilitate access to products obtained through the use of new breeding techniques, such as gene editing, CRYSPR/Cas9, Cisgenia, TALENs, among others.
