Description

The purpose of this Law is to promote the efficient breeding of cultivars; production, circulation, marketing and quality control of seeds; to ensure farmers and users in general the identity and quality of the seed they acquire and to protect the rights of the creators of new cultivars, in harmony with the intra-regional agreements signed or to be signed and with international seed standards.
