Resolution No. 067516 Whereby the requirements for the registration of cultivars in the National Register of Commercial Cultivars are established and other provisions are issued.

This resolution establishes the requirements for the registration of cultivars resulting from genetic improvement as a consequence of the application of scientific knowledge in the National Register of Commercial Cultivars, and other provisions are issued, in order to ensure the dynamics of supply of cultivars previously evaluated from the agronomic and sanitary point of view for planting and / or marketing in the national territory.
