Decree 4525, which establishes the regulatory framework for Living Modified Organisms, LMOs, in accordance with the provisions of Law 740 of 2002.

Description
This decree applies to the transboundary movement, transit, handling and use of LMOs that may have adverse effects on the environment and biological diversity, taking into account the risks to human health, productivity and agricultural production.
