Description

This resolution seeks to regulate and control the production, conditioning, import, export, storage, commercialization, free transfer and/or use of sexual, asexual seed, seedlings or micropropagated material of all botanical genera and species for planting of cultivars obtained. through conventional breeding techniques and methods, including within these, the selection of spontaneous or artificially induced mutations and by unconventional methods such as genetically modified organisms through genetic engineering, in order to ensure the quality of the seeds. and the health of the crops.
