Description

The PENRH is the set of principles, guidelines, strategies and public instruments that define and guide the actions of public and private sector entities to guarantee attention to the countrys water demand in the short, medium and long term. . It constitutes the conceptual and binding instrument that defines the objectives of national interest to guarantee the sustainable use of water resources. It constitutes the reference framework within which the public and private sectors must interact for multisectoral and articulated management, which allows integrated management of water resources within the framework of the regionalization and decentralization of the country.
