National Climate Change Action Plan (Guatemala)

The National Climate Change Council and the Planning and Programming Secretariat of the Presidency -SEGEPLAN-, present the National Climate Change Action Plan -PANCC-. It appears, in an orderly manner, the actions that are considered priorities to be undertaken to reduce vulnerability, improve adaptation capacity and reduce Guatemalas greenhouse gas emissions in the face of the effects of the phenomenon of climate change and variability.
