Decree No. 601 of the Transitory Law to Defer the Payment of Water, Electric Energy and Telecommunications (Telephone, Cable and Internet) Bills.

The purpose of this Decree is to defer the payment of invoices for potable water, electric energy and telecommunications services. This provision applies to the invoices for the months of March, April and May of the current year, which will be paid in a period of up to twenty-four months, in level installments as from the expiration of the deferred term, in addition to the normal charge of the invoice for the respective month.
