Executive Decree No. 43642-MAG-MEIC-COMEX modifying the tariff duties on imports of rice in grain and milled form

This decree modifies the Import Tariff Duties (DAI) for paddy and milled rice contemplated in the Central American Import Tariff. Therefore, a tariff of 3.5% is applied to tariff code 1006.10.90.00 (paddy rice) and 4.0% to tariff code 1006.30.90.00 (milled rice) of Import Tariff Duties for the items indicated in Article 1 of this Executive Decree, without prejudice to the 1% levy established in Law No. 6946 of January 13, 1984 (Law No. 6946 of January 13, 1984, available in OPSAa at https://opsaa.iica.int/frame-3520).
