Resolution RJD-230-2015 Ordinary and extraordinary tariff methodology for setting the price of fuels derived from hydrocarbons in distribution plants and to the final consumer.

Regulatory Authority of Public Services (ARESEP) established a strictly mathematical mechanism for price setting, according to Resolution RJD-230-2015, published in La Gaceta No. 211 of October 30, 2015. which indicates that every second Friday of the month ARESEP must conduct a study of the behavior of international fuel prices and the exchange rate, to establish an average price per product taking into account the prices of the last 15 days and compare the results with the parameters of the last setting, and proceed to make a request for adjustment (upward or downward, as appropriate).
