Currently, the exchange rate that benefits exporters in Argentina is defined by Decree 28/2023. According to this decree, exporters must settle 80% of their currencies in the single and free exchange market at an official dollar of approximately $800. The remaining 20% can be settled in the financial dollar market, known as "cash with settlement", resulting in an export exchange rate of around $860. This mixed exchange rate system seeks to provide more favorable conditions for exporters in Argentina. For more details, you can consult the El Cronista article.
