Argentina: Biodiesel Blending Mandate. Resolution 438 / 2022

This resolution establishes that, pursuant to the provisions of Article 8 second paragraph of Law No. 27,640, as from the entry into force of this measure, all liquid fuels classified as gasoil or diesel oil sold within the national territory must contain a mandatory percentage of biodiesel of seven point five percent (7.5%), by volume, measured over the total amount of the final product.
